Roisin trained as a speech therapist at UCL and as a voice teacher at The Central School of Speech and Drama prior to teaching Voice, Speech and Dialect at LAMDA and the Guildford School of Acting. Since then Roisin’s skills have been in demand both for film and television and she has worked with directors such as Peter Jackson (The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogies), Ridley Scott (Kingdom of Heaven), Ron Marshall (Nine) and Robert Zemeckis (Beowolf).
